Jibble’s time clock software helps you stay on top of attendance and productivity. Joining your team on Jibble’s mobile app is quick and easy, whether you’re new to the app or already a Jibble user. This guide will walk you through the process of joining your team on the mobile app.

❗️ Important: You can only create an account to join your organization if your manager has sent you an invite via a link, email or SMS. If you have not received an invite, talk to your manager.

Types of invites

Depending on your organization’s preferences, you may receive invitations to join Jibble via three different methods:

  1. SMS Invitation:
    1. Receive a text message containing an OTP code.
  2. Email Invitation:
    1. Receive an invitation sent directly to your email address.
  3. Direct Link:
    1. Your organization might share a direct link with you to join.

Joining as a new user

If you’re new to Jibble and have received an invitation to join your organization, follow these steps:

SMS Invitation
  1. Check your SMS app on your mobile device for a message from Jibble.
  2. The message will contain a one-time code (OTP) to verify it’s you.
  3. If you haven’t already, download the Jibble mobile app via the App Store or Google Play Store.
  4. On Android, tap on Sign up and then Join my team.Joining an organization on Android

  6. Under the Join by SMS Code section, tap on Continue.Clicking on continue to join an organization via SMS code
  7. Enter your phone number and tap on Next.
  8. Input the OTP code you received and tap on Next.Entering a phone number and sms code
  9. If your phone number and OTP code matches, you’ll see a confirmation message that you have accepted the invitation.
  10. Tap on Sign Up and complete the registration by setting a password and entering any other required details.Signing up and creating a password
  11. Once you’ve filled out your details, tap on Next to join your team on Jibble.
  12. You’re all set!

Note: If the invitation link has expired before you accept it, talk to your manager and request for them to resend an invite.

Email Invitation
  1. Check your email inbox (and spam folder!) for an invitation from your organization to join Jibble.
  2. Open the email and click on the Join Now button to accept the invitation (Invitation expires in 14 days).Email Invitation to join organization
  3. If you haven’t already, proceed by downloading the Jibble mobile app via the App Store or Google Play Store.
  4. Enter a password and enter any additional details on the registration screen.Accepting invite to join organization via SMS
  5. Tap on Next.
  6. You’re all set – welcome to Jibble!
Direct Link
  1. Check your messaging apps for an invitation link to join Jibble.
  2. Tap on the link.
  3. If you haven’t already, proceed by downloading the Jibble app via the App Store or Google Play Store.
  4. Enter a password and enter any additional details on the registration screen.Accepting invite to join organization via SMS
  5. Tap on the Next button.
  6. You’re all set – welcome to Jibble!

Joining as an existing user

If you’re already a Jibble user and need to join a new organization, follow these steps:

SMS Invitation
  1. Check your SMS app on your mobile device for an invitation to join Jibble.
  2. The message will contain a one-time code (OTP) to confirm it’s you.
  3. On Android, tap on Sign up and then Join my team.Joining an organization on Android

  6. Enter your phone number and tap on Next.

Direct Link
