How do I track time in Pipedrive?

Installing Jibble’s Chrome Extension

  1. You can install the Jibble extension:
    1. Through the Jibble Web App:
      • Log in to your Jibble account.
      • Look for the Get the App button on your dashboard.

    1. Directly via the Chrome Web Store:
  1. Click on Add to Chrome to install the extension.

  2. Once installed, the Jibble icon will appear in your browser toolbar.
  3. To open the extension, click the puzzle piece icon in the top-right corner of your browser window.
  4. For quicker access, pin the extension by clicking the pin icon next to it.Pinning Jibble chrome extension

  1. Click on the Jibble icon in your browser toolbar.
  2. Log in to your Jibble account or create a new one if you’re new to the platform.
  3. Open the extension menu by clicking the three horizontal lines in the top-right corner.
  4. From the dropdown, select Integrations.

Tracking Time in Pipedrive

After installing and connecting the Jibble extension to Pipedrive, you can start tracking your time using various methods.

  • Using the Jibble Timer:
  1. Log in to Pipedrive and open the project or deal where you want to track your time.
  2. Look for the Jibble Timer button in the project or deal interface.
  3. Click Jibble In to start tracking your time.Jibble in button on Pipedrive
  4. If needed, select the relevant project or deal, which will auto-fill in the notes section.

  • Using keyboard shortcuts
  1. Open the Jibble extension by clicking the icon in your browser toolbar.
  2. In the extension menu, click the three horizontal lines in the top-right corner.
  3. Go to “Settings” and enable Keyboard Shortcuts for Pipedrive.

After enabling, use Ctrl+Shift+S (Windows) or Command+Shift+S (Mac) to start the timer. Press the same shortcut again to stop it.

Note: The most recent project or deal will be automatically selected, so you won’t need to re-enter them.


  • Using right clicks
  1. Right-click within Pipedrive.
  2. From the context menu, select Jibble | Clock In to start the timer.Right click to clock in on Pipedrive

Note: The previously selected project or deal will automatically populate, so no need for additional notes.


  • Using text highlighting
  1. Open the project or deal you wish to track in Pipedrive.
  2. Highlight any relevant text within the project or deal.

  4. The clock-in screen will pop up with the highlighted text pre-filled in the notes section.
