1. Is Jibble free?
Yes, it is. It will always be free. We do offer paid plans for more powerful time tracking and reporting. Read here about the differences between the paid and free plan.
2. Which plan should I choose for my organization?
The Free plan is our most popular plan that comes with all the core features for time tracking and timesheets. The Premium plan is great for teams that have multiple departments, need more location restrictions and have specific overtime rules for payroll. The Ultimate plan is great for larger companies that need unlimited layers of management, permissions and locations or that are looking for project-based time tracking.
3. Do I need a credit card to sign up and try Jibble?
No. You can try the paid plans of Jibble for FREE for 14 days without a credit card.
4. How is my bill/invoice calculated?
For both Monthly and Annual plans, it’s on a per-seat, upfront payment basis. You can only have as many users for the number of seats that you paid for upfront. These seats can be re-used by different team members. If you want to remove someone, you will need to remove them from your People list. Read more about the billing calculation.
5. Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellations only come into effect at the end of your billing cycle. Refunds are not provided for cancellations. Read more about changing your plans, or canceling your subscription.
6. Do you also offer an Enterprise plan?
We sure do! If your company has over 100 staff we can offer dedicated support and customized onboarding/training. The pricing will be dependent on several factors so it’s best to send us a message here: support@jibble.io.
7. Is my credit card information secure?
They are safe. We don’t collect credit card details but use the trusted 3rd party Braintree Payments credit card gateway (a PayPal-owned company). Your credit card details will be held by them in their secure digital vault.
8. Can you provide our team with discounts on the paid plans?
We believe Jibble is priced very competitively. Whilst that may be the case, we realize organizations are not equal. Please write to us at support@jibble.io detailing your organization’s needs.
