Configuring language settings on Jibble’s web app

Customize language preferences to utilize Jibble's web app in your preferred language

Jibble now supports multiple languages across all platforms! Explore the languages available on Jibble to learn more about our current offerings.

This new feature gives you the flexibility to configure the language settings on Jibble’s web app according to your preferences.

Configuring language settings

Language preferences set will apply to all accounts associated with the same email. This means that if you belong to multiple organizations, the chosen language will be applied to all your accounts within these organizations.

Using the login interface:

  1. Open your web browser and navigate to https://web.jibble.io.
  2. Under the login fields, tap on the language selector.Language selector on log in screen on the web app
  3. Click on your desired language to update the language preferences of the Jibble web app.Configuring language settings on login screen
  4. Once a language is selected, the login page and the entire Jibble web app will be translated accordingly.Login screen on the web app translated to French
  5. Enter your credentials and log in to access your Jibble account.
  6. You will be able to update language preferences at any time.

 

Using your account settings:

  1. Once logged in to your Jibble account, click on your profile picture in the bottom left corner.Dashboard on the web app

  4. Click on the pencil icon to make changes.
  5. Click on the language dropdown menu to view a list of available languages.Selecting language on account settings
  6. Click on your desired language to select it.

  9. The app will now be localized! You can update language preferences at any time by following the same steps as mentioned earlier.
